Free shipping within the United States
Orders ship from Hockessin, Delaware. Small orders normally dispatch within 1–2 business days. This is preparation time, not delivery time; carrier transit is additional. For larger quantities, contact support@worktoolshq.com for a dispatch estimate before ordering.
If we cannot ship within the promised time, we will contact you with a revised date and the option to cancel for a full refund.
Returns and order problems
We do not accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges. Please check the dimensions and fit information before purchasing.
If your item arrives damaged, is defective, or is not what you ordered, email support@worktoolshq.com with your order reference and a description of the problem. Photos are helpful when available. We will arrange a replacement or refund, including applicable shipping costs. Please contact us before sending anything back; if a return is needed for an order problem, we will cover the return shipping.
